Winning team ‘Life’s a Beachcroft’ of DAC Beachcroft took home the charity shield, while Barry from HybrIT won the Heads & Tails competition.
The event proved to be a great success, rallying support and raising over £2,500 for Bristol Autism Support, who were also in attendance.
Martyn Love, Chair of National Friendly’s CSR committee, said “I would like to thank everyone for supporting our charity of the year Bristol Autism Support by attending our annual charity quiz when we raised over £2,500. I am pleased to say fun was had by all and a special congratulations to DAC Beachcroft for being the winners on the night.”
National Friendly has been supporting Bristol Autism Support since March 2023, and has so far raised over £6,500. Bristol Autism Support were nominated as the Society’s charity of the year based on the brilliant support, advice and information it gives to parents and carers of autistic children, diagnosed or suspected, in Bristol.
