Making a claim

Whether you need to arrange a diagnosis, a hospital operation, or to claim against a sickness, life insurance, savings or investment plan that you have with us, it’s our aim to make the whole process as quick and hassle-free as possible.

Over 50s Life

Over 50s Life Cover, Guaranteed Life Assurance, Simple Over 50s Life and Over 50s Whole of Life members

If you’d like to make a claim on an over 50s policy please contact us.

We’ll be able to explain what information we need from you to help process the claim. This will include proof of death of the person who held the policy and proof that you are entitled to receive the money.

Income Protection

Accident Only Income Protection and Income Protection members

If you need to make a claim on an Income Protection policy, please give us a call on 0333 014 6244.

Our helpful claims handlers will guide you through the process and will let you know about any forms you need to fill in.

Private Medical Insurance

My PMI, Extensive, Optimum, Healthcare, Healthguard and Health Cover members

All our private medical insurance claims are dealt with by an independent claims handler.

Savings and Investments

Tax-Exempt Savings Plan, With-Profits Bond, ISA and Pension members

To close, partially withdraw or claim a maturity value of a savings or investment policy, please contact us and we’ll be happy to take you through the next steps.
