Complaints

We aim to provide the highest standards of service but understand we don’t always get things right, we would like to hear from you if we fall short at any time. If you would like to make a complaint please fill out the form below or mail: complaints@nationalfriendly.co.uk.

We have a regulatory obligation to send you a final written response within eight weeks, following the receipt of your complaint.

If we fail to do this, or you are unhappy with our response, we will provide you with the details of the Financial Ombudsman Service where you have the right to refer your complaint, free of charge.
