Amazon e-gift cards are only offered to customers who have successfully applied for a new Friendly Shield policy via the National Friendly website or via the National Friendly Direct Sales team. It does not apply for Friendly Shield existing policies.
If you open a Friendly Shield policy via an intermediary, you will not be eligible for the e-gift card.
Your Amazon e-gift card will be sent to you via email once we have confirmed that you have paid your fourth premium. There can be a two week processing period before you receive your e-gift card.
If you cancel your Friendly Shield policy or stop making your monthly payments before your fourth premium, you will not receive an e-gift card.
You will receive the value of e-gift card which correlates to the Friendly Shield level chosen when you apply.
You will only receive an e-gift card if you provide a valid email address during your application.
Amazon e-gift cards are valid for ten years.
