The contract also provides access to a range of other digital health and wellbeing services, including physiotherapy, counselling and legal services to name a few.

What’s even better is that our Friendly Doctor+ GP service not only covers you when you open the plan, it also covers your family living at the same address so you can all benefit from our GP service.

The person who applies will also be insured for £5,000 should they die from an accident.

What services you get access to

You can conveniently book an appointment with a practising GP at a day and time that suits you. You can book digitally via web app, or via the 24/7 telephone helpline.

If the GP decides your condition requires further investigation or treatment, they can issue an open private referral letter to enable you to access the health care you need.

Should the GP feel you would benefit from prescription medication, the medication can be delivered to you at any UK address or to a nominated pharmacy of your choice. You will need to cover the costs of prescriptions and any delivery or postage costs.

The GP can also issue fit notes if necessary.  You will need to cover the costs of the medication and delivery fees.

Aches and Pains helpline. Physiotherapists help restore movement and function in patients that have been affected by injury, illness or disability. They will do this by delivering personalised exercise plans and supporting you to be able to safely and independently complete a home exercise programme with verbal prompts and guidance.

Provides information and guidance on legal matters such as consumer rights, property, landlord/tenant, family and motoring law.

Support with advice for managers who are assisting their teams through any difficulties.

Guidance with money matters, including managing creditors, budgeting and debt management plans.

Provides information on a wide range of mental health and wellbeing related topics such as sleep, diet or exercise so you can start to improve your day to day life.

The Wellbeing Hub is a confidential and secure online resource available 24 hours a day to help you look after your mental health.  With access to monthly newsletters, insightful articles and short videos, there are lots of ideas on ways to improve your day to day wellbeing.

Friendly Doctor+ is a simple service which gives you access to a doctor, day and night when you and your family need it. It also provides digital dental support offering flexible, accessible dental care services designed to fit every lifestyle.

There’s also help if you need physiotherapy, counselling and other useful services.

Plus, it comes with an accidental death benefit of £5,000 should you die as a result of an accident.

The service is available for people who live in the UK (excluding the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man) and are aged between 18 to 80 inclusive.

It’s designed to be budget-friendly – and only costs £14.99 a month. Everyone pays the same, no matter your age or health.

No, you don’t need to answer any health questions or have any health checks to apply. Our GP and dentists will discuss existing health conditions with you.

Yes! Anyone in your immediate family who lives with you can use the GP, physiotherapy, and mental health support services. Our dentist service and the accidental death insurance are limited to the person who opens the contract.

You can book a virtual appointment by phone or online through our partner, HealthHero – available when you need it. We’ll provide all contact details when you apply.

Yes — where medically appropriate.

You will need to pay the cost of any medication and any delivery charges.

No. It’s designed to complement NHS services by giving you fast, convenient GP and dentist access.

No. The service provides GP and dentist access. If a GP issues a private referral or if any dental work is needed, any treatment costs would be your responsibility.

No. They can’t diagnose these conditions, but they can discuss symptoms and advise on how to access further assessments.

No. They rely on the information you provide during your appointment, but they will send consultation notes to your NHS GP afterwards.

Typically, yes — private prescriptions often cost more than NHS prescriptions. You can decide whether the convenience justifies the cost.

Unfortunately not, the dental service is only available to the person who applies and isn’t extended to other members of the household, unlike our GP service which covers all family members living at the same address.

They can provide advice on toothache, infections, gum concerns, broken teeth, sensitivity, treatment options, and general oral health. They can also guide you on whether you need in-person treatment.

Your cover begins as soon as your application is approved. There’s a short 7-day wait before you can use the health services.

A £5,000 lump sum is paid to your dependants if you die as a result of an accident.
