What is Friendly GP?

Your clients should always have easy access to a doctor when they need help. But sometimes it can be difficult to get an appointment with their GP.

Friendly GP is our virtual GP service giving your clients on-demand access to GPs for diagnosis, advice, prescriptions and referrals for treatment to improve general health and wellbeing. 

It’s available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via an online portal, so they can easily get round the clock advice and care, all day, every day.

What is Friendly GP+?

Friendly GP+ is our wellbeing hub which includes counselling support for personal and work issues. 

The service gives members access to counsellors and online cognitive behavioural therapies.

It also includes access to an online support hub.
