The printers which we use are accredited Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) printing companies, meaning that our choice of paper is produced from well-managed forests and/or recycled materials.
They are Bristol-based and less than three miles away from the National Friendly office.
We use both digital and lithoprint technology to print our policy literature, enabling us to select the most economical way of printing.
We also send policy literature electronically. If you would prefer to receive your policy documentation via email, please contact our Customer Services team on: 0333 014 6244.
We continually assess how we can improve our environmental impact, and ways in which we can operate on a carbon neutral basis.
Going green can improve the overall efficiency of our company. By reducing unnecessary waste, we want to apply green processes to our workplace that create a healthier environment for our staff and a more streamlined approach for our members.
We are always looking for new ideas and inspiration; if you have any suggestions on how we can further reduce our carbon footprint, please contact Lucy Skone via email firstname.lastname@example.org.
