Role: HR Administrator
Salary: £9,430 per annum (£22,000 full time equivalent)
Hours of work: Flexible, with a minimum of 15 hours per week
Location: Central Bristol, a short distance from Bristol Temple Meads
National Friendly is a small mutual life insurer with a forward looking attitude and a broad and diverse portfolio of products through which it is seeking business growth over the forthcoming years.
We are now looking for an enthusiastic and motivated administrator to coordinate the day to day work of our HR function. You will provide the full range of HR administration tasks from recruitment and drawing up contracts of employment, administering staff benefits and organising training courses, to managing our leaver process. There will also be the opportunity to get involved in ad-hoc project work as it arises.
This role would suit someone who has previous experience of office administration and is now seeking to gain experience in an HR role.
