Key features

Mortgage Protect is available to eligible clients aged 18 to 60 who are applying for a mortgage or remortgage, or named on a mortgage agreement that started within the last 6 months. Cover continues until age 68.

Monthly mortgage benefit from £250 to £2,500

Choice of 3, 6 or 12-month claim periods

Optional additional income benefit of up to 20% of the mortgage benefit

Choice of 30, 60, 90 or 180-day deferred periods

Maximum total monthly benefit of £3,000

Accident and sickness cover with no upfront medical underwriting

Optional Add-ons

Fracture cover: a lump sum benefit for fractures of bones up to £2,000.

Friendly GP+: 24/7 access to a virtual GP for the whole family as standard and a wellbeing hub which includes confidential support for personal and work issues.

Friendly Dentist+: Phone/online access to a dentist for the policyholder.
