Terms and Conditions

This free prize draw is only open to FCA registered Financial Advisers who have sold a National Friendly, Friendly Shield policy between the dates 15th July 2024 – 29th September 2024 inclusive.

  1. Employees of National Friendly, or their immediate family members or anyone connected to the prize draw may not enter.
  2. Entry to the prize draw will be deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  3. To enter the free prize draw you must be a FCA registered Financial Adviser who has sold a National Friendly, Friendly Shield policy between the dates 15th July 2024 – 29th September 2024 inclusive.

  5. More than one entry per person will be accepted.
  6. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
  7. The winners agree to allow the promoter to use their names and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without added remuneration. The winners will take part in reasonable publicity and PR activity at the promoter’s request.
  8. National Friendly accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any other technical reason.
  9. The closing date for the prize draw is midnight on Sunday 29th September 2024. Entries outside of this time period will not be considered.
  10. The winner will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these terms and conditions.
  11. A first, second and third winner will be selected at random and notified by 5pm on Monday 30th September July 2024 via email. If the winners do not respond to National Friendly within 5 working days, then the prize will be forfeited and National Friendly will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above. That winner(s) will have to respond to notification of their win within 5 working days, or else they will also forfeit their prize.
  12. The Amazon gift card prizes, first £250, second £150 and third £50, will be emailed to the winners as soon as possible.
  13. If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these terms and conditions, the winner’s prize will be forfeited and National Friendly shall be entitled to select another winner.
  14. The prize is subject to availability and is non-transferable.
  15. There is no cash alternative.
  16. The promoter’s decision is final and binding in all respects of the entrants. No correspondence will be entered into. Entires that do not comply in full with these terms and conditions will be disqualified.
